“Victor works for me about 5-10 days a year, depending on the level of projects I am attempting to accomplish. He is skilled at planting, pruning, preparing beds, and installing irrigation systems. Victor built a very nice raised herb garden for me this year and did all the work himself with a little help from a helper. When extra labor is needed, Victor has people he has worked with who are dependable and hard-working. Victor is an excellent communicator. He always makes sure he knows what you want before he starts a project. He is very good at estimating the time it will take for a given job, so there are no financial surprises. Victor has been very good working with my rudimentary skills in gardening. I have never felt that he over-pruned a plant. I would describe him as “having a light touch”. If you have ever experienced someone with a heavy hand working in your garden, then you will really appreciate Victor. He is also just a very nice guy and I hope he does well and is successful.
